11 Apr food to satisfy or pacify an urge
When was the last time you reached for food to feel love or shut down an emotion? I confess that I’ve used food when I no longer wanted to feel both good and bad. It’s been my shutdown mechanism. Does it really work? Have you filled yourself to the brim only to find you are choking? The next time you reach for the tenth cookie, ask yourself , if you are choosing it or is it choosing you? And for what reason? Is it creating a biger better me or destroying me?
