Has what you eat ever been an obsession to the point of it occupying your every waking moment? Food doesn’t have to be all consuming. You are not your food story be it i’m vegan, paleo or gluten-free as sometimes the only reason for being. Have you ever found yourself talking about yourself as one of these food identities as if it were real? So how are you identifying with yourself?
